Dr. Liza joined CHCH Morning Live to share tips and exercises to reduce tension, prevent injury and improve your posture - especially in winter. One of her key tips was to make sure that when you come inside from wearing boots or other shoes - that you're not immediately going barefoot. She recommends wearing a supportive slipper or slide so that your body is not jarred by going straight to barefoot.
